Are you being creative with your lead gen? Doing something different, or just following the pack?
The classic 80/20 rule applies to real estate, but more now than ever. The leaders get noticed, and take the biggest portion of the cake.
A recent study of executives put creativity as the MOST important quality of leaders. Leaders who are creative are not afraid to innovate. Contrary to popular belief, innovators consistently make more income than those who are slow to adopt new trends.
What is an innovative tactic YOU have done to get your name out?
Funky vehicle choice?

I’m about to tell you about a little known program with huge benefits for REALTORS. Let’s even throw FREE into the mix!
Are you looking for the PERFECT perk you can offer your clients that you know they’ll love? How about a closing gift that always pleases? Prospective homesellers are always thinking about improvement items, and new homeowners always like to add their own personal touch to make a home truly theirs.
Home improvement superstore Lowe’s has partnered with the National Association of Realtors to provide direct mail postcards on behalf of Realtors that include 10% off coupon. In essence, Lowe’s foots the bill for you to send advertising to your prospects…as long as you include a 10% off Coupon for Lowe’s in it. Free, after all, IS a pretty good deal. The coupons are sent out via direct mail (to a list you provide) with printing and postage all paid for by Lowe’s.
Your name, your firm, and your contact information (along with a Lowe’s logo, of course).
It’s one of the few all-around win-win arrangements I have seen NAR do. It literally costs nothing to participate in the program, and all coupons come delivered with co-branding printed directly on them.
